As a consultant, Eva supports her clients in bringing movement and change to their organizations. This means providing impetus or offering new perspectives, often bringing structure to projects and supporting teams and individuals in striking the right balance between “conscious irritation” and “security in uncertainty.” In doing so, she takes on different roles: as a change expert, designer of social processes, moderator, sparring partner, and coach for executives, as well as trainer for change managers.
