Head of office management and participation in project assistance (m/f/d)

We are now looking for an independent, structured and creative personality, who would like to be part of the team and be an essential support to the consultants in their work.

Riverside Change Consultants are a team of experienced consultants and have been successfully operating on the market for over 20 years. We support managers and their teams in Austria, Germany and internationally with their organizational and strategic challenges.

At our headquarters in Graz we are looking for:

Head of office management and collaboration in project assistance (m/f/d)

We are now looking for an independent, structured and creative personality, who would like to be part of the team and be an essential support to the consultants in their wor

You can contribute independently to your field of activity:

  • As the central contact, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the Graz office
  • To ensure a good overview for everyone, you are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the ERP system
  • You spend a good portion of your time preparing presentations, especially in Powerpoint
  • You will contribute ideas for appealing visual and graphic design
  • You have an overview of which projects are currently running and take care of project billing
  • At events and projects for the further development of the organization, you will be at the forefront in terms of organization and, depending on the project, also in terms of content

Your skills:

  • You have successfully completed higher commercial training or comparable
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Word
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
  • You are already working with or are ready to learn applications such as MIRO, Mentimeter and various A.I.-based applications
  • You have an eye for visually appealing graphic design
  • You have very good spelling and grammar skills and are good at spoken and written English
  • You work independently, structured and service-oriented

We offer employment starting at 25 hours per week, preferably full-time, with the place of work in Graz starting as soon as possible.

We offer €2,400 gross per month for full-time employment, although can be negotiated* depending on qualifications and experience. We are also happy to accept returnees.
