‘Every project takes the time it needs’ – this piece of wisdom often puts Bruno Burkart on edge. Not because he tends to be impatient, but because he priorities pragmatism and solution-orientation. Coming to terms with the past and endless discussions, on the other hand, make him unrounded. This is what his customers appreciate about him: Goal-orientation, uncomplicated cooperation and ‘sticking with it’. He has been supporting reform and change projects in public and non-profit organizations as well as medium-sized companies for over 35 years. His focus is on efficiency and organizational optimization, strategic realignment and the implementation of new strategies. One of his favorites – it’s almost like a passion – is the cable car industry. Since the beginning of his career as a consultant, he has supported companies in this sector in the renewal of organizational and management structures, mergers and cooperations. Whether in the Swiss, Tyrolean, Salzburg or Styrian mountains – he can live out his enthusiasm for nature and mountains.
