Veronika bridges two worlds: As an Executive Coach, she strengthens leaders’ ability to mobilize others; as an Organizational Designer, she shapes transformations that create clarity and impact.

With 20 years of experience in leadership, consulting and large-scale change programs, she knows transformation from both inside and outside – and understands how to bring focus and act effectively under pressure. Her focus lies on systemic team coaching for executive teams and on a clear, results-driven change approach that goes beyond buzzwords.
