For more than 20 years, Jörg Schweiger has been dedicated to professionalizing structures and processes in fast-growing and rapidly changing companies, as well as developing effective teams and leadership practices. He began his career in research, then worked as a consultant, followed by roles as division head and managing director of a globally operating industrial company with locations in Austria, China, and the USA. Today, he pursues these topics as a consultant, entrepreneur, and university professor. Authenticity, fairness, effectiveness, and professionalism are particularly important to him in leadership and collaboration.
