Co-creative development of joint solutions for all stakeholders is part of Anita Thaler’s programme. She draws on decades of practical experience in adult education, management consulting, and science, technology and society research. She supports international organisations with a focus on technology and research in change processes related to equal opportunities and diversity with her in-depth gender expertise and psychological insight. With 20 years of experience in international projects, she brings expertise in leading intercultural, heterogeneous teams. Her approach to diversity-sensitive, people-centred technology design has been tested in innovation projects in medical technology and AI development.
